Privacy policy
Effective October 5, 2026. This policy covers the Pitch Minutes iOS app, operated by Justin Nikolaus.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your team name, player names or initials, optional display names and jersey numbers, goalkeeper preferences, attendance and availability, match events, scores, seasons, and playing-time totals. This information supports roster management and match tracking.
Information received by the developer
The app does not transmit roster or match records to the developer. It has no account, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or developer-operated server. The developer does not sell player information.
Exports and sharing
Backups and reports leave the app only when you choose to export or share them. Backups include player names. Reports hide names by default; you can opt to include them. Your selected storage or sharing service and recipients control their copies under their own policies.
Lock-screen clock and other apps
The optional local Live Activity shows the team, opponent, period, and clock on your lock screen. It includes no player names and sends no data to the developer. Turn it off in Settings. Optional App Store links to Mosaic and ForeSome contain no referral parameters or tracking SDK.
Backup and retention
Records remain on the device until you delete them. Apple device backups may contain app data, depending on your device settings. Uninstalling may remove local records. Exported copies remain where you save them.
Deletion
Delete individual games from Games. Archive hides a player from future rosters and keeps their history. To delete the selected team’s local player and match records, choose Delete this team’s data in Settings. Delete backups, reports, and other shared copies separately from their saved locations. Because the developer does not receive your app records, the developer cannot retrieve or delete them remotely.
Children’s information
This app is intended for adult coaches. Use initials or short names where possible and only enter or share information you are authorized to handle. The app does not ask for children’s contact details, birthdates, photos, or location.
Support and this website
If you contact the developer through GitHub, your support report and account information are handled by GitHub and may be public. Do not include player names or private records. This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages; its hosting provider may process standard technical request information to deliver the pages. This website does not receive roster records or contain advertising or analytics scripts.
Policy changes and contact
The policy will be updated if data practices change. For questions, contact Justin Nikolaus through the public support tracker.
